We are hiring an Associate Mobility Advisor with English in Prague

  • Must be eligible to live and work in Czech Republic. Sponsorships will not be considered.

Primary Function

Provide support to the Mobility Advisors who manage a caseload of relocating employees and their families. The Assistant takes responsibility for the administration duties, coordinating a range of support services to ensure the employees and their families are delighted with the services provided by Crown (Mobility and HHG services).

Essential Skills

  • Working Knowledge of: WM/HHGs Service Delivery, Service Level Management
  • Good organisational skills
  • Efficient communicator both written & oral
  • Strong interpersonal skills

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Supporting Mobility Executives with Mobility Administration Support and Household Goods processes.
  • Receiving initiations from client and setting up Interact files, service files and draft job costs and electronic employee folders.
  • Liaising with service partners to book accommodation, cleaning, check ins/check outs.
  • Setting up and cancellation of utility bills and handling of all utility queries.
  • Researching information for welcome packs (doctors, dentists etc.)
  • Liaising with Crown offices to arrange HHG surveys, pack ups and deliveries.
  • Ad hoc support for Mobility Executives e.g., research of hotels, childcare, schools etc.

Qualifications:

Industry experience preferred, however candidates with customer service / events / property / travel / HR experience will also be considered
