What you'll build
The SAP Internship Experience Program is SAP's global, strategic, paid internship program that provides university students with opportunities to find purpose in their careers. This is more than an internship, it's the foundation for a career built on connection, creativity, and impact.
Position title: SAP iXp Intern - Campus Engagement - Recruitment - Limited Contract
Location: Prague, Czech Republic
Expected start date to end date: 15th January 2026 – January 2027
In this role:
- You'll help SAP attract the best Next Gen talents and connect them to their dream careers
- You'll deliver engaging campus events according to our strategy across the Czech Republic and EMEA, from career fairs to open days and university visits, making sure every event runs smoothly and leaves a lasting impression on students.
- You'll prepare ambassadors, ensure materials are brand-compliant, and represent SAP at events.
- You'll also take ownership of sourcing and interviewing candidates, gaining hands-on recruiter experience and a true behind-the-scenes view of how we identify and hire future talent.
- Your work will directly impact SAP's ability to build long-term relationships with universities, inspire students, and bring the next generation of talent into the business.
