• řízení a motivování týmu skladníků k dosahování stanovených cílů a KPI
• plánování a organizace každodenních skladových operací 
• zaskladňování zboží na skladové pozice 
• výdej materiálu dle jednotlivých projektů
• zajišťování efektivního příjmu, uskladnění a expedice zboží 
• optimalizace skladových procesů a implementování zlepšovacích návrhů 
• dohlížení na dodržování bezpečnostních předpisů a postupů
• spolupráce s ostatními odděleními (výroba, logistika, nákup)
• provádění pravidelné inventury a řešení případných nesrovnalostí 
• školení nových zaměstnanců a podpora rozvoje stávajících členů týmu 

• zkušenosti s prací ve skladu a řízením VZV
• zkušenosti s vedením týmu a schopnost motivovat zaměstnance výhodou
• výborné organizační a komunikační dovednosti
• aktivní znalost Aj
• znalost skladových procesů a systémů řízení zásob
• znalost práce s PC 
• pečlivost, zodpovědnost

• práci na 7,5 hodiny denně
