To strengthen our HUB team in Pilsen and our Corporate Controlling department in Germany, we are looking for a candidate for the position of:

Senior Controller

Job Responsibilities

• Analysis of business units from a group-wide perspective
• Support for the Executive Board and business units on special topics
• Critical review of major investment projects
• Management of multi-year planning and preparation of decision-relevant documents
• Advancing digitalization in Corporate Controlling
• Target oriented preparation of data and results
• Preparation of committee meetings
  Presentations to management

Job Requirements

• University degree in business administration with outstanding academic performance, or a related field with additional business training
• Several years of relevant professional experience, ideally in controlling, executive assistance or management consulting
• Experience in independent project work and preparation of executive-level documents
• Very good IT user skills in SAP and MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint) and affinity for digitalization and AI
• Business fluent in written and spoken English, German language skills are an asset
• Very systematic and analytical working style and ability to present complex issues in a concise, clear, and understandable manner while meeting deadlines
  High level of initiative and creativity, strong team spirit, confident demeanor, and assertiveness
