FAIVELEY TRANSPORT CZECH a.s. je součástí korporace Wabtec, která se po spojení s francouzskou společností Faiveley Transport v roce 2016 a americkou společností GE Transportation v roce 2019 stala největším výrobcem komponentů pro železniční a tranzitní průmysl. Jsme hrdí na to, že můžeme dodávat výrobky pro významné dopravní projekty po celém světě jako jsou pantografy, elektromechanické součásti, spřáhla, brzdy, trolejbusové sběrače.

• Aktivní účast na definici produktů a procesů – s důrazem na náklady, standardizaci a výrobní proveditelnost.
• Spolupráce na projektech transferu technologií z mateřských závodů.
• Nastavování výrobních dat pro OE produkty:
• Aktualizace MBOM v ERP systému.
• Tvorba výrobních postupů (TPV).
• Úprava pracovních instrukcí dle našich zařízení.
• Digitalizace instrukcí v systému VKS.
• Měření časů montáže a nastavování časových standardů.
• Koordinace a vedení FMEA analýz.
• Definice nástrojů, pracovišť a výrobních procesů.
• Validace výrobních zařízení z hlediska kapacity i ergonomie.
• Příprava výrobní dokumentace a školení operátorů (včetně školení v mateřských závodech).
• Účast na First Article Inspection (FAI) a procesních auditech.
• Monitorování a implementace změn produktů/procesů (ECR).
• Účast na QRQC schůzkách a řešení problémů metodikou QRQC/PDCA.
• Návrh nových výrobních zařízení a úpravy stávajících.

• VŠ / SŠ vzdělání technického oboru
• Předchozí praxe na podobné pozici je výhodou, ale uvítáme i šikovného absolventa
• Znalost AJ na komunikativní úrovni, nutná znalost i českého jazyka
• Schopnost číst technické výkresy
• Samostatnost a pečlivost
