At Allwyn, staying ahead means staying compliant. We're looking for a Regulatory Senior Compliance Officer who can turn complex regulations into clear guidance, helping us operate responsibly and grow with confidence.

What you will do:

  • Track regulatory changes across jurisdictions and assess impact on marketing and products.
  • Lead the development and enforcement of compliance policies across brands and markets.
  • Provide expert advice on marketing and product compliance, ensuring consistent implementation.
  • Review marketing materials and new product launches for regulatory alignment.
  • Identify and mitigate compliance risks across all jurisdictions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to embed compliance into product and marketing initiatives.
  • Deliver training and drive a culture of ethical marketing and responsible gambling.
  • Support licensing processes and regulatory reporting to relevant authorities.
  • Contribute to group-level compliance projects and strategic initiatives.

What do you need to succeed?

  • Bachelor's degree in law, Business, Finance or related field.
  • Strong knowledge of global gaming regulations.
  • 5+ years in compliance, ideally within the gambling or gaming industry.
  • Excellent project management and communication skills.
  • Ability to interpret complex legislation and apply it practically.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and deadline-driven.
  • Fluent in English; proficient in MS Office.
