About the Role:
Join our dynamic team as an Associate Technology Project & Program Manager, where you will support a range of IT projects that drive our organization forward. Working closely with experienced team members, you'll gain exposure to essential technology operations and contribute to meaningful projects that align with our organization's goals.

Responsibilities:

• Support the planning and initiation phases of small-scale IT projects.

• Assist in tracking project deliverables and timelines.

• Help gather and document project requirements and specifications.

• Collaborate with team members to ensure effective communication.

• Assist in maintaining project documentation and records.

• Help monitor project risks and report potential issues.

• Participate in team meetings and brainstorming sessions.

• Contribute to quality assurance activities as directed.

• Provide general administrative support to the project team.

• Perform basic data entry and data management tasks.

Skills

• Project Documentation: Capable of maintaining accurate records and project documentation.

• Communication: Able to assist in effective communication across teams.

• Time Management: Basic ability to manage and track time for small tasks.

• Collaboration Tools: Familiar with basic collaboration tools like email and instant messaging.

• Data Management: Understands basic data entry and management principles.

• Problem Identification: Able to recognize and report potential project issues.

• Administrative Skills: Proficient in providing general administrative support.

• Team Support: Able to contribute to team efforts and assist colleagues.

Level criteria T1 (for internal use only):

• Requires basic knowledge of theories, principles and concepts within a technical discipline; has exposure to current technologies through coursework or internship

• Applies general knowledge of business and industry gained through education or experience

• Performs routine technical assignments and uses existing procedures to apply to technical concepts to solve standard problems

• Receives instruction, guidance and direction from more senior team member

• Impacts own work and has limited impact on work team

• Communicates straightforward information
