We are looking for a motivated student who would like to join our Finance team and would be able to work around 20 hours per week

Your Key Responsibilities:

Your responsibilities include, but not limited to:

  • Work with direct managers to support financial activities, decision making and general projects.

  • Initiate, develop and support automation activities within R2R

  • Provide timely, proactive support on the general ledger.

  • Support Month-End Closing Activities

  • Prepare analysis or reporting with particular emphasis on accuracy, compliance and timeliness of data provided (i.e.: reports on profit and loss activity).

  • Contribute to FRA projects at country or BU level.

  • Reporting of technical complaints / adverse events / special case scenarios related to Sandoz products within 24 hours of receipt -Distribution of marketing samples (where applicable)

What you'll bring to the role:

Essential Requirements:

  • Financial Accounting and/or Management Accounting

  • Advanced Excel

  • Ability To Manage Key Stakeholders.

  • Team Player

  • Effective Communications and Critical Thinking ability.

  • SAP Knowledge

  • Proficient English (written and spoken)
