Do týmu hledáme kolegu nebo kolegyni na pozici Performance Engineer, který/á bude hrát zásadní roli v zajištění výkonnosti a stability aplikací.

Staneš se součástí rozsáhlého integračního programu, který propojuje více systémů i týmů napříč organizací.

Co tě u nás čeká:

  • Návrh a realizace strategie pro výkonnostní ladění aplikací (frontend i backend)
  • Tvorba a spouštění výkonnostních a zátěžových testů
  • Analýza výkonu systémů a návrh optimalizací
  • Řešení problémů pomocí nástrojů jako JProfiler, JDK Mission Control, Memory Analyzer
  • Spolupráce s vývojáři na návrhu i implementaci vylepšení
  • Vývoj a správa nástrojů pro monitoring a analýzu výkonu (např. Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack)
  • Tvorba reportů, doporučení a prezentace výsledků
  • Možnost učit se od zkušených kolegů a realizovat vlastní nápady na zlepšení efektivity

Koho hledáme:

  • Vývojáře / inženýra, který má zkušenosti nebo silný zájem o výkonnostní ladění systémů
  • Praktické znalosti programovacích jazyků – ideálně Java, C#, JavaScript nebo Python
  • Zkušenost s nástroji pro výkonnostní testování (JMeter, Gatling, LoadRunner, K6)
  • Znalost nástrojů pro profilování, analýzu paměti a debugging
  • Schopnost orientace ve složitých systémech i bez přístupu ke zdrojovému kódu (reverse engineering)
  • Systematický přístup k řešení problémů a určení správné úrovně detailu
  • Schopnost pracovat samostatně i v týmu, efektivně komunikovat a přebírat zodpovědnost
  • Ochota učit se nové technologie a sdílet know-how
  • Praxe s load a stress testingem výhodou
