Job Title: Business Development Representative – Media Production (Remote, Commission-Based)

About Us:

We are a dynamic media production company specializing in creating impactful visual content for a wide range of clients. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team.

Position:

This is a remote, commission-based role. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, reaching out to potential clients, and building long-term relationships that drive company growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Research and identify potential clients in relevant industries.
  • Reach out via email, social media, or calls to present our services.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Collaborate with our production team to ensure client needs are met.
  • Achieve and exceed agreed sales targets.

Requirements:

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills in English.
  • Previous experience in sales, marketing, or business development is a plus.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently.
  • Interest or background in media, advertising, or creative industries is preferred.
  • Reliable internet connection for remote work.
