Do našeho pražského týmu právě hledáme nového kolegu/novou kolegyni, který/á nám pomůže udržet profesionální úroveň zákaznického servisu společnosti a stane se skvělým parťákem.

Náš zákaznický servis pomáhá zákazníkům a partnerům společnosti řešit standardní i nestandardní situace, které mohou vzniknout během procesu objednávání, dodávání a fakturace produktů a služeb společnosti Goodyear.

Co budete mít na starosti:

  • bezprostřední telefonickou a e-mailovou komunikaci se zákazníky a partnery společnosti – odpovědi na dotazy zákazníků, pomoc s řešením problematických situací
  • zadávání objednávek a jejich zprocesování
  • správu dat v systému včetně analýzy a kontroly
  • řízení reklamačního procesu
  • ověřování dostupnosti požadovaného produktu, případně návrhy alternativních řešení
  • testování funkčnosti systému SAP a online portálu
  • spolupráci s kolegy napříč odděleními (obchod, IT) a externími partnery na průběžném vývoji systému

Očekáváme od Vás:

  • alespoň roční zkušenost na pozici v zákaznickém servisu
  • ukončené středoškolské vzdělání
  • češtinu na úrovni rodilého mluvčí (C2)
  • komunikativní znalost angličtiny, důležitou zejména pro interní komunikaci
  • MS Office - Outlook, pokročilou znalost aplikace Excel nutnou pro pravidelné anylýzy a kontroly dat
  • obecnou znalost SAP uvítáme, nezkušené zaučíme
  • pečlivost a důslednost při zpracování objednávek a analýz
  • schopnost naslouchat a reagovat ve standardních i mimořádných situacích
  • ochotu a schopnost pracovat a komunikovat v rámci týmu
