What this role is about

You will be part of our Order Fulfilment team in Prague, managing a portfolio of clients in the DACH region. The team supports the Philips Monitors and AOC brands within the EMEA market.

As the first back-office contact for customers, you will ensure a high level of satisfaction related to order and delivery management and complaint resolution. You will also provide operational support to the sales organization and help improve overall service levels.

What you will do
  • Process sales orders accurately and on time (SAP registration, pricing checks, goods allocation, backorder management)
  • Manage deliveries with 3PLs (delivery updates, scheduling with warehouse/carriers, delivery follow-up, shipment/export documentation)
  • Meet the company's TPW cost targets
  • Handle complaints: registration, coordination, follow-up, and feedback to customers
  • Participate in cross-functional projects
  • Conduct sales data analysis, pricing reviews, and share stock availability
  • Track sales plan performance
  • Communicate regularly with Sales, Credit Controllers, Demand Planners, and Warehouse & Distribution teams
What you need to succeedMust-have requirements
  • Fluency in English and German (spoken and written)
  • Minimum secondary school education with graduation exam
  • 1–3 years of experience in order fulfilment, order management, or customer service with hands-on order handling, truck booking, and customer communication
  • Good knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel)
  • Experience working with ERP systems
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Proactive problem-solving mindset
  • Strong communication skills and understanding of customer needs
  • Emotionally mature, responsible, and a cooperative team player
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-changing environment
  • Ability to recognize and promote automated workflow improvements
These will give you an advantage
  • Experience with SAP
  • Knowledge of another European language
  • Understanding of logistics, warehouse operations, and supply chain processes
