SAP S/4HANA Cloud is transforming finance—and this role ensures the experience is intuitive and impactful. As a User Experience Designer in Brno, you'll shape how users interact with SAP's cloud-based finance applications, from concept to implementation.

Bring it

You're a creative thinker with a strong foundation in interaction design and a deep empathy for users. You bring:

• A degree in Interaction Design, Digital Media, or Human-Computer Interaction
• 4–6 years of experience designing web and mobile business applications
• Skills in user flows, storyboarding, and low-to-high fidelity prototyping (e.g. Figma)
• Experience gathering user requirements through site visits, focus groups, and usability testing
• Technical understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript to collaborate with developers
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
• Experience in finance-related applications is a plus

Build it

You'll lead design efforts that elevate the user experience of SAP's finance solutions. Your work will:

• Translate user needs into intuitive, elegant design solutions
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and researchers
• Validate designs through reviews and usability testing
• Provide design consulting and support to development teams
• Drive discovery projects and contribute to design strategy
