  • Návrh a vývoj nového backend stacku v Kotlinu, který postupně nahradí současný distribuovaný monolit
  • Spolupráce na definování a zavádění týmových procesů dle osvědčených best practices
  • Tvorba mikroservis, API a integrací (Oracle, Hazelcast, Kafka)
  • Postupná migrace legacy komponent a úzká spolupráce s ostatními týmy
  • Podíl na transformaci stávající architektury a technologickém refreshi probíhajícím od letošního roku
  • Důraz na automatizaci, CI/CD a GitOps přístup k infrastruktuře i release procesu
Koho hledáme
  • Výbornou znalost Kotlinu pro backend (včetně coroutines a asynchronního zpracování)
  • Zkušenost s návrhem a implementací mikroservisních architektur (DDD výhodou)
  • Pokročilou orientaci v messagingu (Kafka): návrh event-driven řešení
  • Praxi s návrhem REST API a schopnost pracovat s legacy SOAP službami
  • Znalost architektonických principů: modularita, škálování, resilience, security, logging/monitoring
  • Zkušenost s enterprise databázemi (Oracle): optimalizace dotazů, datové modelování
  • Znalost distribuovaných cache systémů (např. Hazelcast)
  • Zkušenost s nasazením v OpenShiftu (on-premise): práce s kontejnery, orientace v deploymentech
  • Praktická znalost CI/CD (GitHub Actions), pipeline, debugging buildů
  • Základní znalost GitOps workflow (ArgoCD, Flux výhodou)
  • Schopnost analyzovat legacy systémy a navrhnout postup migrace
  • Samostatnost a ochotu převzít odpovědnost za návrh, dokumentaci a implementaci klíčových částí systému
