Project Manager

Our client is a Prague-based technology company at the forefront of delivering secure, AI-powered investigative and intelligence solutions to public sector and government entities across Europe and the Middle East. Their modular platform is used for crime analysis, counter-terrorism, border control, and prison intelligence—enabling critical operations in over 22 countries and 4 continents.

They implement large-scale, on-premise deployments tailored to complex environments through a combination of agile development, open-source technologies, and strong customer collaboration.

As a Project Manager, you'll lead high-impact IT service implementation projects from presale through go-live and service transition. You will collaborate with analysts, architects, developers, and client stakeholders, ensuring delivery aligns with both technical requirements and mission-critical timelines.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in client-facing environments, navigates complex project landscapes with ease, and understands the nuances of deploying secure solutions in regulated or governmental sectors.

• Presale Engagement: Support proposal preparation, provide insights on planning, and contribute to solution design.
  

• Project Planning & Execution: Own project lifecycles end-to-end—from scoping and scheduling to monitoring execution, budget, and risk.
  

• Client Stakeholder Management: Serve as the main point of contact for government and institutional clients; build trust and manage expectations throughout.
  

• Service-Oriented Delivery: Ensure deliverables comply with security policies, service-level agreements, and technical standards.
  

• Team Coordination: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders; assign tasks and ensure delivery from diverse, cross-functional teams.
  

• Vendor Management: Coordinate with subcontractors and technology partners; enforce quality and timeline expectations.
  

• Reporting & Transparency: Track KPIs and provide regular updates to both internal leadership and clients.
  

• Lessons Learned & Continuous Improvement: Capture project feedback and integrate insights into future rollouts and methodologies.
  

• Educational Background: University degree in Information Technology, Electrical Engineering, Economics, or a related field.
  
• Professional Experience: Minimum of 4 years in IT project management, service delivery, or client-facing roles, ideally with experience managing multiple stakeholders and subcontractors.
  
• Project Leadership: Demonstrated success in leading end-to-end project delivery, coordinating diverse teams, and achieving key delivery milestones.
  Language Skills: Proficient in English, both written and spoken. Knowledge of Arabic is a valuable asset for collaboration across regions.
• Client and Results Orientation: Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust, influence stakeholders, and align delivery with client expectations.

Travel to client sites (primarily across the EMEA region) for design workshops, deployments, testing, and feedback collection.

• Travel is a key part of this role, typically structured as follows: two weeks abroad every other month, alternating with one week or no travel in between.
  

• After completing the architectural design phase in the office, the architect is expected to travel to client sites for on-site implementation and validation.
