Jak můžete přispět ke změně a rozvoji společnosti?

• Vedení, rozvoj a podpora týmu Sales Administration
• Zajištění včasných dodávek zákazníkům ve spolupráci s oddělením plánování
• Komunikace s klíčovými zákazníky, řešení eskalací a budování dlouhodobých vztahů
• Správa dat v interním ERP a příprava forecastů prodeje
• Koordinace s dalšími lídry Supply Chain (nákup, plánování, logistika)
• Příprava a sledování plnění měsíčních, kvartálních a ročních plánů prodeje
• Řízení zásob hotových výrobků v souladu s rozpočtem
• Reporting KPI – přímý reporting Supply Chain Directorovi, analýza odchylek a návrh nápravných opatření
• Aktivní účast na zlepšování procesů a firemních projektech

Co budete potřebovat?

• Zkušeného manažera s praxí v oblasti Supply Chain nebo Sales Administration
• Silného komunikátora, který zvládne interní i externí eskalace
• Osobnost orientovanou na zákazníka, tým a výsledky
• Angličtina a čeština na pokročilé úrovni (komunikace s korporátními týmy a zákazníky),
• Schopnost práce s daty (XLS) a ERP systémem (po zaučení)
• Ochotu cestovat (cca 10 % pracovní doby)
