What You'll Be Doing: Driving Strategy and Impact

You will be the go-to financial expert, helping your business partners make the smartest decisions with their budget.

• Lead the Partnership: Serve as the main Finance Business Partner for Partner Marketing and Global Events, providing direct, actionable financial guidance, deep ROI analysis, and investment insights to leadership.
• Own Compliance & Growth: Drive accountability and compliance by ensuring smooth, continuous improvement of our sponsorship revenue processes and partner marketing funds (like MDF & External Alliances), all while maximizing the strategic return on those investments.
• Build the Blueprint: Develop and maintain core financial models, forecasts, and ROI frameworks to accurately measure program effectiveness, optimize spend, and inform critical strategic decisions.
• Executive Insight: Manage key financial planning cycles (monthly close, rolling forecast, Annual Operating Plan - AOP), delivering clear variance analysis and polished, executive-ready reporting packages.
• Operational Excellence: Handle essential day-to-day finance operations—including accruals, purchase requisition approvals, and budget reviews—to keep spending strictly aligned with strategic plans.
• Automate and Scale: Champion the automation and enhancement of financial reporting using data visualization tools (like Tableau or similar) to deliver scalable, standardized insights to leadership across Finance, Marketing, and Sales.
• Empower the Team: Be a leader in process improvement and stakeholder training to boost efficiency, compliance, and stronger financial alignment across all teams.

We're looking for a collaborative expert ready to hit the ground running.

• Foundation: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. (An MBA is a bonus, but not required.)
• Experience: 6–8 years of experience in FP&A or finance business partnering, ideally having supported marketing, sales, or partner-facing functions.
• Impact Track Record: Proven ability to manage large budgets and deliver concrete insights on program ROI and spend efficiency.
• Analytical Power: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills—you can take complex, messy data and distill it into clear, simple insights that drive action.
• System Savvy: Proficiency with core tools like Excel/Google Sheets, familiarity with ERP systems (NetSuite, SAP).
• Data Bonus: Experience with advanced analysis and visualization tools like SQL, Snowflake, or Tableau is a big plus.
• Mindset: Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, solution-oriented mindset—you are comfortable managing stakeholders and driving consensus.
• Grit: The ability to thrive in a high-speed, dynamic environment, handling multiple priorities with attention to detail and unwavering accuracy.
