Popis a požadavky k pozici:
  • Starat se o návrh, implementaci a správu bezpečnostních řešení pro koncová zařízení (Windows, macOS, Linux, kontejnerová a virtualizovaná prostředí).
  • Definovat a udržovat bezpečnostní politiky a standardy týkající se endpoint security v souladu s interními i regulatorními požadavky.
  • Spravovat a monitorovat nástroje pro ochranu endpointů, jako jsou antiviry, EDR (Endpoint Detection and Response), DLP (Data Loss Prevention) a další bezpečnostní technologie.
  • Spolupracovat s IT a DEV týmy na nasazení a aktualizaci bezpečnostních řešení a hardeningu koncových zařízení.
  • Analyzovat bezpečnostní incidenty související s endpointy, vyhodnocovat rizika a navrhovat nápravná opatření.
  • Sledovat nové hrozby a trendy v oblasti endpoint security a navrhovat inovativní způsoby ochrany.
  • Školit uživatele v oblasti bezpečného používání koncových zařízení a zvyšovat bezpečnostní povědomí.
  • Úzce spolupracovat se SOC, spolu vyhodnocovat alerty, logy a tikety, a navrhovat adekvátní opatření k nápravě.
  • Spravovat a využívat nástroje EDR (např. Microsoft Defender for Endpoint, SentinelOne) a další bezpečnostní technologie a nástroje.

  • Schopnost samostatné práce i týmové spolupráce
  • Proaktivní přístup k řešení problémů a ochota
  • Vysoká úroveň komunikace napříč bankou i mimo ni

Obecné informace:
  • Oddělení má cca 20 členů, čistě spolupracující tým v této oblasti má 3 lidi
  • Primárně bude probíhat komunikace v rámci týmu v ČJ
  • Dokumentace bude tvořena v ČJ
  • AJ úroveň AJ B2 (slovem/písmem – bude využíváno minimálně)
  • Rozvržení pracovního týdne HO/Office – bude závislé na aktuálním stav u jednotlivých úkolů a na domluvě s manažerem ( standart 3dny kancelář, 2dny HO)
  • Odhadovaný začátek spolupráce začátek 12/2025 (bude závislé dle průběhu VŘ)
  • Odhadovaný konec – dlouhodobá spolupráce
  • Pozice bude využívána na full time po celou dobu
  • Služební pracovní cesty do zahraničí se nepředpokládají
  • První kolo pohovoru bude formou online (Teamsy), délka 60min
  • Druhé kolo pohovoru bude onsite v prostorách banky, délka 60min
  • Pozice je obsazována na základě potřeby rozšíření stávajícího týmu Security.
