Czech and English-speaking Sales Specialist

We are currently looking for a Czech and English-speaking Sales Specialist to join our clients team and support our patient consultations and sales operations in the Czech market.
Key Responsibilities:
Communicate with potential patients from the Czech Republic and other regions.
Participate in online or in-person consultations with patients, providing detailed information about medical procedures, treatment plans, and travel arrangements.
Guide patients through the consultation process, address their questions and concerns, and finalize the sale of treatment packages.
Manage incoming leads, follow up effectively, and maintain long-term patient relationships.
Collaborate closely with medical coordinators and clinic partners to ensure a seamless experience for every patient.
Provide regular feedback and reporting on market trends and patient insights.
Requirements:
Fluent Czech and English (both written and spoken).
Previous experience in sales, consultation, or customer relations — experience in health tourism or medical services is a plus.
Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
Ability to handle patient inquiries with empathy and professionalism.
Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working remotely.
