About the Role

We are seeking an experienced primary teacher who would become a guide to the children aged 6-11. If you are a native speaker with a passion for Montessori education, we'd love to have you on board

About Us

The Duhovka Elementary School offers Czech - English education based mainly on the method of Marie Montessori; however, the school is open to other pedagogical approaches and chooses what is suitable for the given age and the children's needs from each of them. We have mixed-age classes, which supports the learning process and natural cooperation among children.

What You'll Do

• Work closely with a Czech Class Teacher in a bilingual environment.
• Teach and support students in the classroom in line with Montessori principles.
• Help students develop their English language, social, and communication skills.
• Take part in school events, activities, and trips.

What We're Looking For

• Native English speaker (from an English-speaking country), who ideally has experience teaching in Europe.
• Bachelor's degree (minimum requirement).
• Interest in alternative education.
• Willingness to commit long-term and continue professional growth in Montessori education.
