Aktuálně hledáme člověka s organizačním duchem, který zvládne vést tým specialistů a pomůže nám s řízením klientských projektů.

Co dělá projektový manažer/ka v UNIFERu?
  • Je klíčovou spojkou mezi našimi specialisty a klienty.
  • Dohlíží na realizaci projektů z pohledu kvality, plánu vs. reality, sleduje významné milníky i náklady, ve všem má dokonalý přehled a pořádek.
  • Prezentuje práci týmu klientům.
Co musíš umět?
  • Pochopit potřeby a očekávaní klienta a umět je předat specialistům tak, aby přesně věděli, co mají dělat.
  • Plánovat a pečlivě hlídat, že celá spolupráce jde tím správným směrem od začátku až do konce.
  • Komunikovat s klienty i s kolegy a nebát se říct svůj upřímný názor nebo dobrý nápad.
  • Orientovat se v oboru a vědět, jaké nástroje a možnosti existují k dosažení dobrých výsledků.
