We are looking for a GL Accountant. Whether you´re a seasoned professional or a rising star with solid experience, this role offers the opportunity to contribute to strategic financial decisons and help shape the future of our company.
Location: Prague, Czech Republic
Key responsibilities
- General Ledger Reconciliations & preparation of schedules for General Accrual
- Balance Sheet Reconciliation
- Intercompany Reporting and Analysis
- Assist & reply to the Auditor questions
- Collaborate with business partner
- Prepare Month-end close
- Assist in preparation of Year-End packages and Audit/Tax
- Schedules – to defer Storage Revenue
Professional Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years experience in GL accounting
- Good MS Excel skills (pivot tables)
- A degree in accounting or business with emphasis in accounting is an advantage
- Knowledge of accepted accounting practices and principles
- Proficiency in English
- Analytical and detail oriented
- Must be highly skilled in dealing with financial and numeric data
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Manage time, workload and dependably meet strict deadlines
- Demonstrate high degree of accuracy and professionalism
