Job Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and collaborative Associate Product Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting the product development lifecycle by coordinating between support, engineering, and product teams. You will ensure smooth communication flow, maintain accurate documentation, and help prioritize product initiatives based on customer feedback and business needs.

Responsibilities:

• Support Coordination: Attend Support Swarm Calls and ensure all support requests requiring engineering intervention have corresponding JIRA tickets created and properly documented.
• Product Suggestion Management: Track accepted product suggestions and create corresponding JIRA tickets to ensure they are properly incorporated into the product roadmap.
• Prioritization Documentation: Maintain and update A1 and 1BL sheets to accurately reflect current priorities, ensuring alignment between support needs and development resources.
• Go-to-Market Support: Assist in creating and maintaining documentation for go-to-market strategies, ensuring internal visibility and clarity of priorities.
• Engineering Liaison: Serve as the first point of contact for product-related questions from the engineering team, facilitating clear communication between product and development teams.
• Requirements Documentation: Collaborate with product managers to document customer requirements and translate them into clear specifications for the engineering team.
• User Research: Assist in gathering and analyzing user feedback to inform product decisions and improvements.
• Product Testing: Participate in product testing to ensure new features meet quality standards and customer expectations.
• Stakeholder Communication: Help maintain regular communication with key stakeholders about product updates, launch timelines, and priority shifts.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve product development processes and implement solutions to increase efficiency.
• Responsibility to adhere to set internal controls.

Experience & Desired Skills:

• Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Professional Experience: 1-3 years of experience in product management, customer support, or a related field. Experience with SaaS products is a plus.
• Technical Expertise: Working knowledge of JIRA and other project management tools. Basic understanding of software development processes of Familiarity with Salesforce or other low-code platforms is desirable
• Skills & Competencies: Strong organizational and documentation skills with high attention to detail o Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across different teams o Problem-solving mindset with the ability to prioritize competing demands o Ability to understand and translate customer needs into actionable requirements
• Certifications: Agile or Scrum certifications (e.g., CSPO, CSM) are beneficial but not required.
