Position Summary

AutoRABIT is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Salesforce Technical Architect to join our innovative team. In this role, you'll design and guide the implementation of scalable Salesforce solutions, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and AutoRABIT's product strategy. You'll collaborate closely with engineering, support, and product teams to drive technical excellence, manage authentication protocols, and oversee integrations essential to our Salesforce ecosystem.

Responsibilities
  • Architect and guide Salesforce integrations, focusing on scalable, secure, and modular design.
  • Lead configuration and management of Connected Apps (scopes, callback URLs, digital signatures).
  • Oversee authentication and SSO strategies using OAuth 2.0, JWT, SAML 2.0, and OpenID Connect.
  • Implement and support security controls for streamlined integration
  • Manage API interactions, including rate limits, optimization, and exception handling.
  • Work with engineering to ensure proper use of Salesforce DX, source-driven development, and environment management (Scratch Orgs, Sandboxes, Org Shape).
  • Leverage deep knowledge of Salesforce Connect to support complex use cases (e.g., Vault integration).
  • Ensure compliance with security policies and best practices in token lifecycle management and session control.
  • Responsible to adhere to set internal controls.
What You Bring
  • Proven experience as a Salesforce Technical Architect or equivalent senior-level Salesforce development/engineering role.
  • Expert-level understanding of Salesforce APIs and platform architecture.
  • Strong grasp of version control systems, branching strategies, and environment workflows.
  • Practical, hands-on experience configuring and managing Connected Apps and managing OAuth 2.0 flows.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce Connect and niche integration techniques.
  • Ability to document and communicate complex architectures in a clear, actionable manner.
  • A collaborative mindset with an eye toward continuous improvement and operational excellence.
