The expanding team at EFT-Systems aims to provide the best possible technical support for the energy storage systems it manages.__________Tasks:Technical service for customers (by phone / email) for inverters and batteriesTracking / Documentation in a ticket systemordering spare parts, if necessaryDelivering trainings to customers (e.g online via webinar / on-site in an exhibition in Czech Republic, which requires traveling).__________Profile:Previous experience in customer service or in electrotechnical area is valuedA general understadning of electrotechnical topics (e.g voltage, current)Good communication skills, positive attitude, team spirit and quality awarenessVery good knowledge of Czech (the language must be understood safely, even with technical topics and in some cases a strong dialect)Good knowledge of English (or other languages) is an advantageWorking model: working from home (home office) with some travels to events / trainings__________Perspective:Interesting tasks in a committed team and a company that is constantly developing with the young and growing market of renewable energies__________If possible, please send your CV in English.
