Job Description:
What you'll be doing:- Serve as the expert and primary contact for all data privacy (DP) and AI compliance matters.
- Support the review and update of data privacy and AI compliance processes to ensure legal adherence.
- Promote awareness of data privacy and AI compliance through training and internal communication.
- Monitor and oversee AXA Partners' data processing activities, information systems, and personal data security needs.
- Conduct privacy and AI risk assessments; develop mitigation plans for identified risks
- Assist in monitoring data privacy controls, processes, and reporting, including data deletion procedures
- Support communication with data protection authorities in CEE countries incl. reporting of breaches in data privacy area
- Handle data subject's submissions
What you'll bring:
- University degree in the law faculty
- Qualified lawyer with at least 1-2 year of practical experience with law's application
- Practical data privacy experience (desirable)
- Knowledge and interest in AI and its impact on data and privacy (desirable)
- Effective communication skills in Czech and English for all management levels
- Ability to manage relationships across teams, entities, and countries
- Strong time management skills to meet deadlines
- Curiosity and willingness to learn about data privacy and AI topics
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
