About the Role
We are looking for a highly skilled System Analyst & Architect with strong expertise in
enterprise systems, architecture design, and customer issue management within mobile and
web application environments. The role requires a blend of technical depth, analytical
thinking, and communication skills to design, support, and optimize ŠKODA Connect
services in alignment with Volkswagen Group processes.
The successful candidate will work in an international environment, collaborating with
developers, testers, business owners, and suppliers to ensure service quality, scalability, and
innovation.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze, design, and optimize system architecture for ŠKODA Connect services and
related infrastructures.
- Collaborate with international teams in Scrum / scaled agile environments to deliver
scalable and reliable solutions.
- Provide Level 2/3 support for mobile and web applications, including application log
error analysis.
- Design, edit, and maintain system and architecture diagrams using Enterprise
Architect and MS Visio.
- Lead or support workshops and technical discussions with international partners.
- Manage incident and customer requests using SC3, JIRA, Confluence, and related
tools.
- Contribute to budget planning, supplier pricing, and project estimations.
- Ensure system security, database stability, and troubleshooting for
backend/frontend integration.
- Leverage cloud messaging, microservices, and integration technologies (Kafka,
Kubernetes, Elastic Search, Apache Camel).
- Conduct testing and integration with Postman, Swagger, ODIS, Serial2, Slack,
M365, Teams.
- Align technical designs with long-term business goals while managing multiple
complex projects.
Hard Skills (Must-Have)
- English proficiency at B2 level – effective daily communication in English.
- 3+ years of experience in Scrum agile development & scaled agile environments.
- Proven IT Analyst / IT Consultant / Architect experience (3+ years).
- Hands-on experience with ŠKODA Connect services, architecture, and integration
with backend/frontend systems.
- Knowledge of MBB, ODP, Service Platform infrastructure.
- Advanced proficiency in JIRA, Confluence, SC3 tools.
- Strong knowledge of HTTP requests & response codes.
- Expertise in databases, system security, and troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of cloud messaging & microservices; practical work with Kafka,
Kubernetes, Elastic Search, Apache Camel.
- Experience with Enterprise Architect & MS Visio.
- Hands-on knowledge of Postman, Swagger, ODIS, Serial2, Slack, M365, Teams.
- Familiarity with Volkswagen Group systems and ŠKODA Auto processes.
- Budget planning and supplier work pricing experience.
- 2+ years of Level 2/3 support in mobile/web applications.

Requirements
- Based in Czech Republic.
- Bilingual – Fluent in Czech & English.
- Travel costs (individual) included – from resource location to customer office.
- Onsite presence required 2 days/week at Mladá Boleslav office.

Pay: 3,000.00Kč - 3,500.00Kč per day
