• Build and nurture key client relationships, acting as a trusted partner to support their long-term success.
• Actively learn and adopt new tools, processes, and approaches for working with both data and people.
• Transform customer data into actionable recommendations to improve business results and the shopper experience.
• Deliver solutions through consultative, data-driven presentations.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams and various levels of client stakeholders.
• Train and support clients in maximizing the value of our solutions and insights.

Essential:

• Openness to learning new skills and environments.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a client-oriented approach.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret and present data.
• Fluency in Czech/Slovak and English.

Desirable:

• Experience in FMCG, retail, market research, or category management.
• Project management skills and experience in consultative selling.
