Hledáme zkušeného UX výzkumníka, který povede a pomůže rozvíjet výzkumné aktivity v oblasti finančního zdraví, převážně v mobilním bankovnictví. Budete mít prostor ovlivňovat produktovou strategii, vést výzkumy od A do Z samostatně i v týmu, posouvat úroveň výzkumu v týmu a mentorovat další kolegy. Budete klíčovým partnerem pro produktové týmy a byznys. 

Máte chuť:
  • Navrhovat, realizovat a vyhodnocovat výzkumy – od definice otázek po interpretaci dat.
  • Vést hloubkové rozhovory a usability testování, formulovat dotazníky a spolupracovat s výzkumnými agenturami.
  • Facilitovat sense-making a insight workshopy napříč týmy.
  • Posouvat demokratizaci výzkumu, mentorovat juniory a nastavovat výzkumné procesy.
  • Spolupracovat s product designery, product managery, datovými analytiky i vývojáři.
  • Zkoumat a rozumět chování uživatelů v mobilním bankovnictví.
  • Využívat kvalitativní i kvantitativní nástroje a LLM pro analýzu a syntézu dat.
  • Prezentovat výsledky stakeholderům s dopadem na produktová rozhodnutí. 
Budeme si rozumět, pokud:
  • Máte alespoň 5 let zkušeností s UX výzkumem (ideálně v produktovém týmu).
  • Ovládáte celý proces výzkumu: od hypotéz a metodiky po analýzu a doporučení.
  • Máte zkušenost s vedením výzkumných projektů nebo supervizí kolegů.
  • Umíte pracovat s nástroji pro analýzu dat (např. Condens, , Excel, SPSS apod.).
  • Orientujete se v BI nástrojích (Tableau, Looker Studio, Google Analytics).
  • Víte, jak efektivně používat LLM (prompting, limity, analýza dat).
  • Dokážete jasně strukturovat závěry a mluvit jazykem byznysu.
  • Výhodou je background v sociologii nebo antropologii a zkušenost s agilním prostředím a s Continuous Discovery přístupem.
