We are looking for a technically skilled and detail-oriented Senior Testing Engineer to lead product validation and testing activities across our development and production processes. If you have hands-on experience with testing equipment, functional validation, and cross-functional collaboration – we'd love to hear from you

Responsibilities:

• Perform functional tests and validation of materials, prototypes and products
• Operate and maintain testing equipment; ensure calibration and safe use
• Prepare test reports and support documentation processes
• Propose nonstandard testing methods and support production problem-solving
• Supervise and train testing staff; act as expert in assigned testing field
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve product design and meet customer requirements
• Follow Health & Safety rules and work in accordance with ISO standards

Requirements:

• Technical education (Machinery, Electro, Technology or Chemistry)
• 4+ years of experience in a similar role
• Driving licence category B
• Good knowledge of MS Office and Windows
• Intermediate English proficiency
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to teach, delegate and motivate
• Customer-oriented and results-driven mindset
