Jako vedoucí konzultant oblasti kyberbezpečnosti v rámci týmu Management Consulting společnosti RSM Technology CZ budeš mít na starosti rozvoj a strategické řízení celé domény informační a kybernetické bezpečnosti. Budeš zodpovídat za budování odborného týmu, nastavování standardů a metodik, vedení klíčových projektů a rozšiřování služeb v souladu s potřebami trhu a klientů.

Tvou rolí bude jak poskytování expertního poradenství v oblasti informační a kybernetické bezpečnosti, tak aktivní formování této služby v rámci RSM. Budeš úzce spolupracovat s vedením firmy na obchodním rozvoji, podpoře růstu týmu a upevňování pozice RSM jako důvěryhodného partnera pro komplexní bezpečnostní řešení.

Co bude Tvoje agenda:

  • Poradenství v oblasti kybernetické a informační bezpečnosti
  • Návrh, rozvoj a implementace interních politik, metodik a směrnic v oblasti ISMS
  • Posuzování a řízení rizik informační bezpečnosti
  • Spolupráce s obchodním týmem na přípravě nabídek, prezentací a klientských řešení
  • Aktivní účast na marketingových a PR aktivitách, odborných konferencích a událostech
  • Vedení projektových týmů a rozvoj juniorních konzultantů

Co očekáváme od nového kolegy:

  • Vysokoškolské vzdělání (min. bakalářský titul)
  • Minimálně 5 let praxe v oblastech interního IT auditu, ISO certifikace nebo kyberbezpečnosti
  • Praktické zkušenosti s implementací ISO 27001 certifikací
  • Znalost GDPR, Zákona o kybernetické bezpečnosti, NIS2 a související legislativy
  • Certifikace interního auditora např. CISA, CISM, CISPP, ISMS výhodou
  • Zkušenosti s projektovým managementem

  • Výborné komunikační a prezentační dovednosti
  • Schopnost vést tým a rozvíjet juniorní kolegy

  • Flexibilita, technologická zdatnost a přehled o trendech v IT bezpečnosti
  • Ochota cestovat v rámci ČR i do zahraničí
  • Aktivní znalost angličtiny (každodenní komunikace s klienty); další jazyk výhodou
