Ops Senior Performance Analyst

We are looking for an Ops Senior Performance Analyst to support and drive performance analytics within our operations. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and delivering reports, analyzing complex datasets, and developing innovative reporting solutions. You will collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to provide actionable insights, support decision-making, and contribute to operational efficiency and continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Create and deliver regular and ad hoc reports.
  • Collaborate on the design of reports, including layout, content, and delivery methods.
  • Retrieve and manipulate data from databases using SQL, and tools such as MSTR, Cellonis, etc.
  • Assist in the analysis and interpretation of data to support business decisions.
  • Contribute to the development of reporting and control tools, exploring new approaches and data solutions.
  • Participate in local and global data projects, supporting analytics initiatives across the organization.
  • Ensure timely delivery of all reports and analytics outputs.
  • Set priorities and manage the workload of the data analytics team.
  • Motivate, mentor, and develop team members to achieve high performance.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role.
  • Proven ability to handle diverse challenges and adapt to different topics and areas.
  • Preferable experience in banking or insurance sectors.
  • Demonstrated ability to take responsibility for your work and that of your team, including results of direct reports.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
  • Basic familiarity with available AI tools such as ChatGPT

Requirements

  • Fluent in English; Czech fluency is a plus.
  • Ability to work in the Prague office at least twice a week, with flexibility for special occasions (e.g., illness)
