A Day in the Life

As a Revenue Growth Management Intern, you'll be at the heart of strategic decision-making, working closely with multifunctional teams (Marketing, Brand, Commercial, Business Development, Finance, and CMI) to drive growth and profitability. Reporting to the RGM Manager, you'll be based in our Prague office, supporting the Consumer Products Division.

Here's what your day-to-day will look like:

  • Analyze & Strategize: Conduct RGM analyses by combining internal and external, financial, and non-financial data to identify opportunities.
  • Optimize Pricing & Mix: Recommend average consumer prices, refine pack price architecture, and manage category, product, channel, and customer mix.
  • Evaluate Promotions: Assess promotional schemes and ROI per brand, account, and pack type, and contribute to retail selling stories and trading terms management.
  • Track Performance: Design and update tools to monitor RGM performance, including dashboards and implementation tracking.
  • Collaborate & Share: Work with teams to share best practices and insights, ensuring alignment and innovation across the country.

  • Current university student
  • fluent in English.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Active and advanced user of MS Office, with focus on Excel and strong analytical skills.
  • General Interest in using tools for data analysis & visualization.
  • Highly motivated, proactive, and results-oriented
  • Creative problem-solver with a can-do attitude
  • Eager to learn and contribute in a fast-paced environment
