Čo budete robiť

Chcete pracovat na transakcích, o kterých se píše v novinách? Pokud Vás zajímá oblast fúzí a akvizic, transakcí na kapitálovém trhu nebo oceňování podniků, je toto pozice pro Vás. Do týmu Advisory, který se zaměřuje na poradenství při fúzích a akvizicích (Mergers & Acquisitions / M&A), hledáme seniorního kolegu nebo kolegyni, který/á bude aktivně vyhledávat příležitosti a podílet se na jejich exekuci v zavedeném týmu v silné evropské bankovní skupině.

Co bude Vaší náplňí práce:
  • Aktivní vyhledávání obchodních příležitostí a udržování vztahů se zákazníky
  • Zpracovávání informací o investičních příležitostech
  • Zodpovědnost za přípravu podkladů v rámci transakcí (např. finanční model, teaser, IM, valuace)
  • Příprava a revize formálních dokumentů (např. mandátní smlouva, dohoda o mlčenlivosti, procesní dopis apod.)
  • Asistence při přípravě formálních a právně závazných dokumentů (např. SPA) a při vyjednávání podmínek transakcí
  • Rozvoj juniorních kolegů a revize jejich výstupů
  • Spolupráce s kolegy ze skupiny v rámci přeshraničních transakcí
  • Možnost provádění činností v oblasti školení a vzdělávání zaměstnanců banky v rámci své profesní působnosti a specializace
Čo budete potrebovať, aby ste uspeli

  • VŠ nejlépe ekonomického nebo právního zaměření
  • Analytické a logické myšlení
  • Spolehlivost a smysl pro detail
  • Komunikativnost a příjemné vystupování
  • Samostatnost a schopnost dělat vlastní závěry
  • Anglický jazyk - plynulou znalost (B2, C1), další cizí jazyk výhodou
  • Pokročilá znalost MS Office 365
  • 6 let v oblasti investičního nebo korporátního bankovnictví, z toho alespoň 3 roky v oblasti M&A, ECM nebo private equity.
