Strong communication skills and manage different stakeholders andmultiple task interdependencies. Lead, facilitate and Prepare working sessions which expectedgoal is to understand requirements for T&A for France, in line with locallegal requirements and policies, system design, proper communication andadoption Closely collaborate with other team members on activities related topayroll and benefits (related to Time and absences). RequirementsCandidate have to speak english and french, very goodknowledge of the local legislation related to time, communication skills.Knowledge of Workday and other T&A solutions is strong advantage.
