That's where you come in. As our Director of Food Safety & Quality, you'll make sure that every Rohlík box delivers what we promise — food people can trust.

What you'll do

You'll make a real impact on how we deliver excellence at scale:

• Lead and unify food safety & quality standards across Germany, Czech Republic, Austria, Hungary, and Romania — exceeding local regulations and setting new benchmarks.

• Oversee the end-to-end quality process — from supplier selection to the moment a customer receives their delivery.

• Design and implement system improvements and automation that keep our quality consistent and scalable.

• Build a risk-based quality management system to spot and solve potential food safety issues before they happen.

• Establish a centralised QMS to ensure every market speaks the same "quality language."

• Use data and insights to drive continuous improvement and smarter decisions.

• Partner with procurement, supply chain, and operations teams to embed quality into everything we do.

• Lead and mentor teams, creating a culture where quality and safety are everyone's business.

Who you are

You're not just a food safety expert — you're a leader who connects the dots between operations, people, and customers.

• You have 5+ years of experience in food manufacturing, retail, or distribution — ideally across multiple markets.

• You've led multi-country food safety or quality programs and know how to balance rigor with speed.

• You understand how technology and data can make quality management smarter and faster.

• You're proactive — spotting risks before they become problems.

• You're customer-minded and know that quality isn't just compliance — it's what builds trust.

• You're a strong communicator who can work across teams and borders.

• You speak fluent English; other European languages are a plus.

• Knowledge of ISO, HACCP, or Six Sigma principles? Nice to have, but not mandatory.
