Do našeho týmu v innogy hledáme talentovaného a zkušeného Marketing & Campaign Managera, který se bude podílet na tvorbě a realizaci strategických kampaní napříč komunikačními kanály. Pokud Vás baví marketing, máte cit pro data, chuť inovovat a schopnost vést tým – jste pro nás ten pravý/ta pravá

Co Vás u nás čeká?
  • Strategické řízení a plánování marketingových aktivit s využitím omnichannel přístupů a důkladného mapování zákaznických cest
  • Realizace integrovaných kampaní a komunikačních projektů napříč všemi relevantními kanály – od personalizované přímé komunikace, přes segmentaci zákazníků, až po exekuci televizních kampaní
  • Využívání moderních nástrojů pro marketingovou automatizaci a práci s daty
  • Vyhodnocování kampaní na základě klíčových metrik a výsledků pre/post testování
  • Vedení týmu cca 7 specialistů a odpovědnost za správu marketingového rozpočtu
  • Úzká spolupráce s interními týmy i externími agenturami
Co od Vás očekáváme?
  • Prokazatelnou zkušenost s řízením komplexních marketingových nebo eCommerce projektů
  • Znalost nástrojů v některé z následujících oblastí: marketing automation, Bloomreach, CDP, digitální analytika, Google Analytics, Facebook Ads, UX nástroje
  • Strategické myšlení a schopnost přetavit data a insighty do efektivních kampaní
  • Výborné prezentační a vyjednávací dovednosti – v češtině i angličtině
  • Kreativitu a inovativní přístup k marketingu
  • Leadership: schopnost vést tým, motivovat a rozvíjet kolegy
  • Ukončené SŠ s maturitou
