Client Overview:
Our client is a leading pan European supplier of glass and plastic containers for the pharmaceutical, chemical, food & beverage, and personal care sectors specialising in packaging for Vitamins and SportsNutrition.
Role Overview:
· Manage and grow a portfolio of dedicated customer accounts, overseeing both sales and administrative functions.
· Driving sales through outbound communications, managing customer relationship and supporting new product launches and market research.
· This includes conducting outbound calls to promote and sell a range of products, as well as managing all internal sales activities related to existing, lapsed and prospective customers.
Responsibilities:
· Promote a portfolio of plastic and glass packaging products.
· Proactively contact businesses via phone and email to promote packaging solutions.
· Deliver persuasive sales pitches tailored to customer needs.
· Secure orders over the phone and guide customers through the ordering process.
· Respond promptly to inbound calls and enquiries generated through advertisements and campaigns.
· Handle questions and provide detailed product information to potential and existing customers.
· Follow up with leads to build long-term relationships and convert interest into sales.
· Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, feedback and transactions.
· Process orders and manage the order book efficiently.
· Prepare and handle invoices in coordination with the accounts team.
· Maintain and update a database of customer details and sales activity.
· Source and compile contact lists using directories, purchased databases, and other lead-generation tools.
· Conduct market and customer surveys to gather insights and feedback.
· Assist the Commercial Director with the launch of new products and exploration of new business opportunities.
Candidate Profile:
· Intermediate vocational level or higher professional educational level
· Minimum of two years of work experience in a Sales environment, preferable experience in Telesales
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills
· Proven telephone sales or customer service experience preferred (Cold Calling)
· Ability to build rapport quickly and manage multiple customer interactions
· Proficient in MS Office and CRM software
· Highly organized with strong attention to detail
· Fluent in Czech, English and ideally slovakian
