At Prague within the banking sector, we are actively seeking a professional to strengthen our team dedicated to the development and maintenance of the Camunda BPM process platform. The selected candidate will play a key role in the design, development, and optimization of backend microservices and frontend applications, contributing to scalable and reliable business process automation. This position offers the opportunity to collaborate across multiple teams in a dynamic and agile environment, ensuring the delivery of secure and high-quality financial services.

This is you

• Strong proficiency in Java and Spring Boot framework.
• Experience with React for frontend application development.
• Proven experience in microservices architecture design and management.
• Familiarity with Camunda BPM or similar workflow engines (preferred).
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools, especially Jenkins and/or GitHub Actions.
• Solid understanding of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).

Nice-to-have skills:

• Ability to communicate and cooperate with different teams and stakeholders.
• Proactive approach to problem solving and willingness
• Knowledge of banking and RB environment

This is your role

• Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Java and Spring Boot, with a strong focus on Camunda BPM process integration.
• Implement and maintain frontend components with React, ensuring a seamless, user-friendly interface.
• Develop and manage microservice-based systems, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance.
• Manage and maintain the integrated development environment (IDE), supporting developers and optimizing workflows.
• Actively participate in agile ceremonies (Scrum/Kanban), contributing to the design and implementation of sustainable solutions.
• Work closely with other technical and business teams across the bank to deliver integrated, secure, and high-quality services.
• Set up, manage, and optimize CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins and GitHub Actions to ensure efficient delivery and deployment processes.
