What you'll build

• Contribute to procurement projects as a project member or lead selected workstreams independently
• Act as a team consultant for topics you will be the specialist for or operational topics to help improve ways of working
• Support the Procurement team with recurring tasks such as contract and KPI management (e.g. savings, rebates)
• Prepare and analyze reports and procurement-related data; derive insights and support team decisions
• Assist in organizing and facilitating team calls, meetings, and internal communication

What you bring

• Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences, preferably in the first or second semester.
• Preferred fields of study: Business Administration, Finance or relatable.
• Computer skills: MS Office especially Excel and PPT
• Language skills: fluent in English, German as a plus
• Soft skills: Collaborative team player with strong organizational skills, a creative mindset, and a passion for clear, effective communication and documentation

• Strategic sourcing and supplier management for Marketing Procurement and Real Estate & Facility Procurement
• Development and execution of global category strategies
• Management of contracts, negotiations, and supplier performance
• Collaboration with internal stakeholders to meet business needs and optimize value
• Support of transformation initiatives and procurement excellence
