Rockaway is expanding its Private Credit platform and offering a rare opportunity to help build a fund from the ground up. You'll join at the early stages of a fast-growing platform focused on bespoke financing solutions across Central Europe and the DACH region – applying a private equity mindset to credit investing with an emphasis on tailored structures, long-term value creation, and deep borrower partnerships.

What We're Looking For:

  • 2 years of experience in banking, Big 4 (audit, TS, valuation), corporate finance, or consulting
  • University degree in finance, economics, business, or a related field
  • Strong analytical skills and comfort working with financial statements and Excel models
  • Independent thinker with a proactive, hands-on mindset
  • Clear communicator with the ability to distill complex information
  • Fluent in English; Czech, German or another CEE language is a plus
  • Curiosity about private markets, credit investing, and growing businesses
  • Desire to join an entrepreneurial and rapidly growing platform

What You'll Do:

  • Support the investment team across the full deal process
  • Assist with borrower analysis, capital structure assessment, and credit underwriting
  • Build and maintain financial models (cash flow, scenario, covenant analysis)
  • Conduct market, sector, and company research to support investment decisions
  • Draft internal materials including investment memoranda and IC decks
  • Participate in due diligence processes with advisors and legal teams
  • Monitor portfolio company performance, covenants, and reporting
  • Support the investment team with reporting, structuring, and pipeline evaluation
