  • Retention Marketing Pro: Demonstrated expertise in retention marketing with a track record of measurably increasing customer loyalty and reducing churn.
  • North American Market Expertise: Proven experience and a deep understanding of customer retention drivers within the Canadian and U.S. local service markets.
  • HubSpot Champion: Mandatory, hands-on expertise with the HubSpot CRM platform for managing customer relationships and marketing automation.
  • Automation & Optimization Guru: Strong skills in email and SMS marketing, complex audience segmentation, and A/B testing to optimize campaign performance.
  • Customer Experience Focused: A strong background in improving the customer journey, with experience in complaint handling and reputation management.
  • Communication Excellence: Professional proficiency in English (B2 or higher) with the ability to create clear, compelling, and trust-building customer messaging.
  • Industry Background (Preferred): Experience in local/home services (e.g., appliance repair, HVAC) and with both B2C and B2B retention strategies will be a strong advantage.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Design and implement retention strategies to boost customer loyalty and lifetime value across the U.S. and Canada.
  • Create, manage, and optimize multi-channel campaigns (email, SMS) using advanced segmentation and A/B testing.
  • Build and manage automated, trust-based communication flows for the entire customer journey, from first contact to post-service follow-up.
  • Analyze the end-to-end customer experience to identify and fix pain points, directly reducing churn.
  • Leverage HubSpot to its full potential for data management, audience segmentation, and personalized communication.
  • Track, analyze, and report on key retention metrics to provide insights and inform business decisions.
  • Collaborate closely with customer support, operations, and sales to align retention efforts with company-wide goals.
