Do našeho týmu hledáme Automation Team Leada, který povede multidisciplinární tým a bude stát v čele klíčových digitalizačních projektů s přesahem do automotive světa.

Co vás čeká?

  • Vedení a rozvoj AI + RPA týmu (vývojáři, analytici, architekti).
  • Definice a realizace strategie automatizace v souladu s cíli digitalizace.
  • Řízení projektů od plánování po vyhodnocení výsledků.
  • Identifikace procesů vhodných pro automatizaci a návrh řešení.
  • Úzká spolupráce s různými odděleními a komunikace se stakeholdery.
  • Monitoring trendů v oblasti AI, RPA a jejich praktické využití.
  • Možnost ovlivnit směřování technologií a být součástí strategických rozhodnutí.

Vaše hlavní úkoly

  • Vést tým a rozvíjet jeho kompetence prostřednictvím koučinku a školení.
  • Navrhovat a implementovat řešení v oblasti inteligentní automatizace.
  • Koordinovat projekty včetně plánování, rozpočtu a kvality výstupů.
  • Zajišťovat soulad s interními i externími standardy (kvalita, právo, data).
  • Aktivně sledovat nové technologie a navrhovat jejich aplikaci.
  • Podporovat změnové řízení a adopci inovací v rámci celé firmy.

Co očekáváme

  • VŠ vzdělání v IT/technice/matematice nebo odpovídající praxi.
  • Prokazatelné zkušenosti s projekty v oblasti AI, RPA či digitalizace.
  • Znalost nástrojů (UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism) a metod ML.
  • Orientaci v agilních i klasických metodikách (Scrum, Kanban, Waterfall).
  • Schopnost propojit technický, obchodní i provozní pohled.
  • Plynulou angličtinu a němčinu.
