Náš tým

Jsme ti, kdo drží Packetu pohromadě. V Network týmu propojujeme technologie, lidi a místa. Stavíme infrastrukturu, která je spolehlivá, rychlá a připravená na budoucnost. Každý den řešíme výzvy, které nejsou vidět – ale bez nich by nic nefungovalo.

Hledáme posilu, která má technické myšlení, tah na řešení a chuť být součástí páteře naší firmy.

Koho hledáme?

Hledáme parťáka/parťačku, který/á:

  • Má 3–7 let zkušeností v oblasti datové analýzy, procesního řízení nebo backoffice (výhodou je praxe v logistice, retailu, e-commerce nebo operations).
  • Přemýšlí systematicky, je pečlivý/á a má rád/a, když věci fungují efektivně a přehledně.
  • Umí mapovat a optimalizovat procesy – od evidence přes schvalování až po reporting.
  • Ovládá Excel na pokročilé úrovni (kontingenční tabulky, pokročilé vzorce, analýza dat).
  • Umí připravit srozumitelné a přehledné prezentace v PowerPointu.

Má zkušenosti s CRM nebo workflow nástroji (např. – velké plus).
- Umí vizualizovat data pro vedení firmy (znalost Power BI, Tableau, SQL nebo Python je výhodou).
- Má zkušenosti s vedením menšího týmu a nebojí se komunikace napříč odděleními.
- Domluví se anglicky – minimálně na úrovni B2, písemně i ústně.

Co budeš mít na starosti?

Budeš klíčovým článkem týmu, který se stará o to, aby naše síť výdejních míst a Z-BOXů fungovala efektivně, přehledně a s podporou kvalitních dat. Konkrétně budeš mít na starosti:

  • Správu a zlepšování procesů v rámci týmu Network – od zadávání dat po reporting.
  • Analýzu dat a tvorbu přehledných výstupů pro vedení a strategická rozhodnutí.
  • Backoffice podporu týmu, který se stará o síť výdejních míst a Z-BOXů.
  • Podporu akvizičního týmu – vyhodnocování lokalit a efektivity sítě.
  • Tvorbu a údržbu přehledů a procesů v CRM systému ).
  • Přípravu prezentací a podkladů pro rozvoj sítě a klíčová rozhodnutí.
  • Neustálé hledání způsobů, jak práci zjednodušit, zefektivnit a automatizovat.
