With 30+ locations in 7 countries and partners in 11 markets, food plays a key role in how our brand is experienced. We're now looking for a Brand Chef to lead and shape our food direction across the network.
About the role:
As Brand Chef, you'll own the quality, consistency, and development of our brunch and showcase menu. You'll work closely with founders, partners, and internal teams to build scalable, recognizable food concepts — and make sure they are executed perfectly in every café. This is a hands-on, high-impact role combining culinary expertise, systems thinking, and leadership.
What you'll do:
Own and maintain all brunch and showcase items (taste, presentation, consistency)
Develop new dishes and improve existing ones
Implement food concepts in new and existing locations
Create recipes, standards, and training materials
Train kitchen teams on-site and online
Optimize kitchen processes and equipment
Manage suppliers and quality control
Work closely with the Head of Coffee on seasonal menus and pairings
What we're looking for:
Strong professional culinary background
Experience with multi-location or scalable food concepts
Ability to balance creativity with structure
Solid operational mindset
Experience training teams
Entrepreneurial spirit and strong cultural fit
Willingness to travel
