We are looking for a Junior Test Analyst / Manual Tester to join our testing team working on key internal systems and processes. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with manual testing, strong analytical thinking, and a willingness to grow into more advanced areas of testing. This role is well-suited to someone who enjoys learning business logic as much as testing functionality and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Learn and understand selected core applications from our internal portfolio
  • Understand the fundamental business processes related to those applications (focus: car financing & insurance)
  • Collaborate with experienced testers on test execution and gradually expand into test analysis and test data preparation
  • Prepare and execute testing of new deliveries at the INT testing level
  • Create and maintain test scenarios, defects, and test plans in Jira (including X-Ray in Jira)
  • Work within established testing standards, methodology, and team collaboration rules

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year experience in software testing, including creating test scenarios and executing manual tests
  • Interest in developing technical testing skills (integration testing, service invocation tools, SQL data verification, automation testing exposure welcome)
  • Ability to understand complex business processes and actively apply insights during testing
  • Ability to process information from multiple sources and proactively verify findings
  • Experience with Jira or similar tool (not required — training available)
Nice to have:
  • ISTQB Foundation certification
  • Experience with test data preparation
  • Experience with X-Ray or similar test management tools
  • Exposure to automated testing concepts
