This Position reports to:

Order Handling Manager

Your responsibilities

  • Processing customer orders (receiving, checking, confirming)

  • Close cooperation with project management, controlling, and logistics

  • Managing exports within and outside the EU – preparing transport documents (packing list, bill of lading, invoice), customs clearance

  • Preparing and conducting tenders for transport services – arranging transportation

  • Managing orders and invoicing in SAP

  • Handling invoicing processes – outgoing invoices

  • Written and spoken communication with customers, mostly in English

Work model: on-site

Your profile

  • Secondary school/university education in economics or technical field

  • Good knowledge of English – B2 level

  • Knowledge of SAP is an advantage

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

  • Independence, responsibility, and communication skills

  • Accuracy, flexibility, logical thinking
