Our Talent Acquisition team in the Regional Center of Excellence HR Nordics is based in both Örebro (Sweden) and Prague.

Together we work with employer branding, recruitment and learning & development, supporting the business in attracting, hiring and developing the right people for the future. Your mission

As Recruitment Specialist you will take responsibility for the full recruitment process.

You will collaborate with managers to define role requirements, write and publish inclusive job ads, search and reach out to candidates, screen applications, and carry out competence-based interviews supported by assessments and references.

An important part of your role is to ensure that every candidate feels respected and well-informed throughout the process, and that new employees have a smooth pre-boarding experience.

You will also help us improve how we attract and hire talent, by making smart use of digital tools and modern recruitment methods to simplify and improve the way we work.

Collaboration across HR functions is a natural part of the role, and you will work with colleagues locally, regionally and globally.

Your profile

You enjoy taking responsibility and moving things forward, while at the same time making space for collaboration and knowledge sharing with colleagues.

Communication comes naturally to you, and you know how to build trust with both candidates and managers by being professional, clear and service-minded.

You are curious and open to finding better ways of working, and you see every recruitment as an opportunity to both learn and contribute.

To succeed in this role, you have a bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a similar field, together with 2-3 years of experience in recruitment.

You feel comfortable leading a process from start to finish, and have experience with ATS systems, behavioral assessments and sourcing.

Since many of the roles you will work with are within finance, IT and engineering, experience from recruiting in these areas will be considered a strong advantage.

Fluency in both English and Czech, spoken and written, is required and additional language skills are considered an advantage.

This position is located in Prague, Czech Republic.

Occasional travel is required.
