Hledáme zkušeného Strategického nákupčího, který převezme odpovědnost za nákup nepřímého materiálu a služeb v rámci celé skupiny MTX Group. Budete klíčovým hráčem při optimalizaci nákladů, digitalizaci procesů a nastavování dlouhodobé strategie v rámci svých kategorií.

Vaše hlavní odpovědnosti:

  • Strategické řízení nákupu nepřímého materiálu a služeb (např. auta, IT, kancelářské potřeby, nápoje, telekomunikace atd.).
  • Koordinace výběrových řízení, včetně vyjednávání smluvních podmínek.
  • Pravidelná analýza trhu, identifikace nových dodavatelů a jejich hodnocení.
  • Budování a rozvíjení vztahů s klíčovými dodavateli.
  • Optimalizace nákupních procesů, podpora digitalizace a automatizace.
  • Úzká spolupráce s interními týmy napříč společností.
  • Reportování výsledků a klíčových ukazatelů výkonnosti (KPIs) managementu.

Koho hledáme?

  • Máte minimálně VŠ vzdělání.
  • Zkušenost v oblasti nákupu alespoň 5 let, ideálně v oblasti nepřímých nákupů.
  • Výborná znalost češtiny (rodilý mluvčí) a pokročilá angličtina (schopnost vést obchodní jednání).
  • Pokročilá znalost MS Office, především Excel a PowerPoint.
  • Výborné vyjednávací a komunikační schopnosti.
  • Schopnost strategicky přemýšlet, analyzovat a hledat efektivní řešení.
  • Samostatnost, tah na branku a týmového ducha.
  • Člověka, který je připraven cestovat.
