Your mission

As a Senior Solutions Architect – Microsoft 365, you will collaborate closely with architects, project managers, and operations teams, while aligning with Epiroc's internal architecture board. The role reports to the Manager IT Collaboration Solutions.

Your Responsibilities

• Lead the strategic development and implementation of Microsoft 365 services, ensuring alignment with Epiroc's target architecture.
• Ensure Microsoft 365 solutions enhance productivity and collaboration across the organization.
• Work closely with internal and external stakeholders, including IT teams and end-users, to optimize service usability and business impact.
• Design and implement Microsoft 365 solutions that align with business needs, from initiation to completion.
• Follow Microsoft's best practices for solutions architecture and collaboration tools.
• Safeguard the platform by ensuring security, architecture integrity, and service roadmap alignment.
• Translate strategy into tactical decisions and drive implementation within the organization.
• Engage in proactive security measures and support analysis when required.

Your profile

This role involves extensive collaboration, both internally and externally. To succeed, you should be comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset. You take responsibility for delivering results while remaining adaptable to change.

We think you are bringing:

• A degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent work experience.
• At least five years of experience in designing and maintaining solution architecture for a global Microsoft 365 environment.
• Documented knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Business Calling environments.
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience working with agile project management methodologies.
